Privacy notice
How your information is handled
Last updated August 26, 2026.
This page describes what happens to the information you provide when you contact Marc Klingelhofer through this site — by the inquiry form, email, or text. It applies to this site only.
What's collected
When you submit the inquiry form, it collects whatever you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the student's grade or course, what you'd like help with, and a preferred timing (optional). If you email or text instead, only what you choose to send is collected.
This site runs no JavaScript, no analytics, and sets no tracking cookies. Nothing about your visit is collected beyond what you actively submit.
Why it's collected
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to schedule and run tutoring sessions. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside of what's described below.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which forwards them to Marc's email. Formspree handles the data in transit under its own privacy policy. Once delivered, your information is kept in Marc's email and scheduling records like any other correspondence.
How long it's kept
As long as it's useful for responding to your inquiry or, if you enroll, for ongoing scheduling and billing communication. It's deleted when it's no longer needed for either of those.
Parents, guardians, and students
This form is meant to be filled out by a parent or guardian, not a student. Please use your own contact information rather than your child's. This site does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and isn't directed at children browsing on their own.
